When is one ui 6 beta coming out in the UK

You imagine wrong! I fully accept if I choose to install a beta there are potential risks associated with that. I'm not an *****.

You state "it's done on a small scale". That argument does not stack up. How many users are there within the USA compared to UK? I would argue even with the dominance of apple with the USA there are a smaller number of s23 ultra phones in use here in the UK compared to the USA. If it's going to go belly up it will affect a hell of a lot of users I would imagine.

Your choice would be clearly not to install a beta, I accept that. Doesn't mean that we all agree with you though.

It's about giving consumers a choice.

Furthermore, we UK users still do not have the August security update, not alone access to the One UI 6 beta.

It can be downloaded and sideloaded. The German version is EUX so its the same version that will be pushed to UK devices.

Another caveat, given the devices the beta is for, initially, it's entirely possible the flip and fold will get the beta a bit later than other phones if they're still tweaking the folding optimsations
