Hi all - has anyone had this issue. My fitbit immediately stopped synching after a Samsung update. I have had long calls with Fitbit to synch my original watch to no avail. They sent me a replacement and still won't pair.
For reference, I have obviously restarted phone, turned off bluetooth and back on, uninstalled the fitbit app, pressed the button on the charger 3 times, gone through the whole set up with fitbit but still unable to get the four digit code to pair.
Suggest it is something to with my phone rather than Fitbit's hardware. Anyone had anything similar?

I'm having the same problem, I have a samsung galaxy a13 and updated my phone today 25.10.24 and went in to the firbit app to sync my luxe because I wasn't getting notification and it wouldn't work, so I thought I would just re - pair it as this has worked before but now it's just not working, it's just keeps loading and loading and then after a min or so it says unable to connect try agin sp I press try agin but nothing happens. I've tried everything aswell and nothing is bringing the 4 digit code up to pair it with my phone
