UI: drag notification to open in split screen

Hi all,

I just felt it would be cool  if there was a feature to press and drag a new notification to the side to open in spit screen without the need to switch to that notification or stop your current view. E.g. watching vid, notification comes in - you drag, split open it and work on it without leaving your main screen.

I can do that on my A12 by press and hold the notification and drag it to the top or the bottom of the screen. I can also drag it to the center for pop-up view.
