After a year of use, the screen of my Galaxy Z Flip 2 broke by the hinge. I took it to a technical service center and I was told that it was not covered by the guarantee as they say it was my fault that it broke. I did a normal use of the phone, actually, it broke overnight.
The phone cost me around 1000e and now I got an expensive paperweight.
Samsung is selling defective products and they are not honoring the guarantee.
