Screen blacking out when I open it

Been to all the steps, catch pattern factory data reset, it seems like every fifth time I opened the screen, it goes black. So annoying

Does the phone fully open?

I had this with my fold and within 24 hours it bricked. Ended up having the internal screen, batteries, and hinge replaced under warranty.

It's looking like the brushes in the hinge are breaking off, clogging the hinge, and in some cases destroying the inner screen. Quick Google will show a number of tech news sites reporting it as a design floor.

Get a warranty claim opened with Samsung, but be prepared to fight like hell if you have any scratches on the frame. Good luck

I would definitely recommend to let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.
