@jamesfuller if the clearance of the cache Partition does not work as explained by @Glenntech 👍 then consider a factory reset but back up first if you can.
If this continues then either contact Samsung via your Samsung Members App and or arrange to visit a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
