RSI using fold 3

Does anyone else suffer rsi from fold? The weight of the unfolded phone in my hand is causing strain on my wrist and forearm.

It's a bit of a weight to the phone. But I guess it depends on how you hold it.
Some phone cases can make it more awkward to hold, and equally some cases can help.
I have large hands so it's not really a problem for me and I can easily hold it with one hand, but if you are holding it for some time.
Maybe worth investing in a case with a kick stand so you can sit it on a table.
Or can get a phone/ tablet holder

Are you using the inner screen to watch movies or play games meaning extended periods of time holding the phone ?

I hold mine mostly in my right hand with my pinky creating balance while using my left hand if needed to create extra balance. 

I use the Aramid case which creates extra grip which helps.

As @Glenntech mentions this is a heavier phone however I'm used to using a Note phone which in themselves are typically heavier than most phone's so I'm used to them.

Perhaps consider the suggestion to use a case with kickstand of prop it up some other way when using it for an extended time if this is causing issue.

8 do use the recommended case for the phone but when it's in my hand it feels heavy. I also have large hands. My holding hand is suffering.

I've also been used to notes but the fold is heavy when held in one hand. I'm using the recommended case for it which has a small stand I guess but it's not really convenient on the go. My other big issue is when folded my fat fingers can't text as I keep putting full stops in my messages.

I appreciate it can be difficult to compose texts on the outer screen @Brite44 

Personally I turn my Fold³ into landscape and use the split keyboard.
