One ui 7 beta banner

Hi guys just a quick question going by my service provider software version EUX should i have got the beta banner ive just tried going from smarty sim to O2 sim but still no luck but i thought EUX in the uk was included in the beta hope you can let me know guys thanks 😎

Not being able to due to providers- unsure what/ if yours delays it or not

Hi john thanks for the reply the phone was bought from raylo unlocked then used smarty sim which i think uses three network and then i read a post about changing to O2 network because people have been getting the beta but one good thing happened because i got the march security update which i didnt get with smarty so that was a bonus but maybe its something to do with raylo phones

It may be best to contact your provider directly. I believe you should have received the banner in Samsung Members by now; it could also be delayed for some users during rollout.

Usually if your with O2 network providers then you'll won't get the beta. I'm with 02 unlocked and iv'e never managed to partake in the beta program.

Thanks guys for the replies it's always strange how Samsung release the Beta's i never have any luck but not getting the phone from a network i thought i had a bit of a chance 😢
