Hi I have been having network drop outs with my new phone. 

My Internet is slow as when not on WiFi and thats when I have it and my calls are dropping or not connecting. I'm with EE by the way.

im on 02 on a galaxy z fold 2. and after i recent update my phone drops out on every call any1 know the fix

restarting dont work for me its every call im on 02 there was a update on the 6th that will of bein it needs fixed like asap

Same issue I’m using samsung galaxy fold new software automatically update and my phone is network problem very very is new software bug I’m not satisfied this software binary please resolve this issue

If its the same issue I has with constant network drop outs this wasn't solved and I ended up getting rid of the phone.
Hopefully the fold 3 is better

Best Buy will not exchange after 14, or might extend to  30 days.  They suggested returning the problem phone and then buying another from Samsung as they cannot get a replacement in time.

I have the same issues and I have the latest Galaxy Z Fold 3.  My carrier is Freedom (in Canada).  I don't know who to blame, but it's ridiculous trying to get answers.
