network issue with Z Fold 2

Hi I have been having network drop outs with my new phone. 

My Internet is slow as when not on WiFi and thats when I have it and my calls are dropping or not connecting. I'm with EE by the way.

did EE give you a new sim with your new phone, old sim is not capable with 5g

now its the same sim that works fine with my Note. phone came from Samsung.

I've got the same problem on EE at the moment. Not sure what the problem is, but seems OK going right down to 3g. This issue is annoying What note was your sim in before?

note 10 plus. I put it back and its fine

but in this i basically can't make calls or anything when I'm not on WiFi.

Yeah exactly the same for me, and it only resolves temporarily after restarting the device.

Samsung have checked the hardware and found no issues claiming its not a hardware problem, and EE don't really want to accept responsibility. I'm going to test with some other sims to see what happens.

As more people are starting to get this phone hopefully the issue will be highlighted with a fix being worked on

try this.
go to settling and change your network from automatic and select your carrier. this has helped me

Same issue, only reboot fixes.....temporarily

this is still a temporary fix. is it me or does this seem to be a EE thing???
