Solved: Lazy dialogue messages

Has anyone experienced a problem when an application dialogue message pops up and stays on the screen for 3 seconds and even if you have swap to another app the dialogue box is still there.

Accessibility.

Advanced Settings.

Time to take Action.

The above lets you set how long to show messages.
