Hinge makes a crunchy noise when folds

I'm having trouble finding out where and what the noise is but still can't ive tried isopropyl alcohol on a toothbrush and rubing it on the edge of the hinge (since its where it makes the most noise) but still does i don't notice it in loud areas but in quite areas its just so loud but not loud enough so everyone can hear but its just irritating me

I had a noise on my flip 3 around the hinge and it turned out that not long after my screen protector started lifting away from the screen.

Same with mine its starting to do it to but just a tiny bit by the front camera and in the middle where it folds

This happened with my Fold³ and then the screen protector delaminated. 

However it's also possible some debris and got into the hinge system.
