Fold Screen crash.

I've had my fold 4 for around a year now. I have absolutely loved this phone, especially the huge fold screen which I use to watch everything and play games. That was until it started to crash. All my games and videos work fine when using the small outer screen and my fold screen works fine with everything else until I either play a game or a video and it cuts out with a static noise and screen shuts off. I then need to soft reset the phone with the volume + lock buttons and as long as my phone stays closed my phone will come on as per normal and work completely fine until I play something through the fold screen. I feel I'm now stuck with a very chunky phone that can't use it's fold screen for the next 2 years. Any tips?

I made sure all my apps were up to date. Still dying on games/videos. I'm about to factory restore now that I've backed up my photos

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I found on my ZFold3 this is how it started, then got worse, ended up performing constant soft resets.

My ZFold4 a year on is playing up on the front screen, opening shealth or secure folder results in a blank screen and freeze, need to close, unfold then open the app.

though I'm not sure the problem behind this issue, but I have 2tips for you.
my first tip would be backup your important data and factory reset the phone.
my second tip would be record a complete video showing the issue(if possible), and book an in person repair with Samsung experience store and show them your question. I believe engineers in the store would find a solution for you, either in software perspective or hardware perspective (i mean a possible repair or replacement) .
