I left a Samsung fold 4 with them for warranty repair, glue from the original case got into the hinge and it wouldn't open all the way, the phone was in very good shape with no bumps, scratches, etc.
The service center lied that the phone was dropped and that was the reason for the problem with the hinge, and immediately offered me to pay for a replacement of the display. What they did is pure fraud. I'm sure I'm not the first to be lied to and I won't be the last.
