I've been checking every day but my fold 3 is still on July update. Has anyone had August or September update?.

I do, when on the quick panel. Click three dots, then edit buttons. It should be on the list of options

What does this achieve when toggling this On @Stewalker

It toggles the under display camera screen on and off. When it's off the screen looks like it just has a hole punch camera and not under display
