I'm sorry to hear your experiencing these issues with your phone. 😔
I agree that the Service Centres should have parts in-house or be able to order them in quickly in order to effect a Repair.
These flip and fold phone's are unique so need special parts and the phone as your aware is a newly launched model.
I hope you get a Repair on the phone ASAP.
