Did you guys buy your phone directly from a Samsung Experience Store or through the Samsung Online shop ?
Or was your phone supplied by a Mobile Network as part of a contract ?

The Intertional variant got the update first in December (G960F / G965F), then the US model in January ( G96OU / G965U) and last will be the China / South America variant (G9600/G9650). Samsung said February, but still waiting here too!
It's a pain I know, I've just bought a G965F (Exynos S9+) to replace my G9650 (the Snapdragon S9+). It's on One UI already but on the downside, it's noticeable slower. G9650 might have slower software updates but it's definitely got the better processor.
