Where do I go or who do i talk to, to see if my phone has spyware or is being hacked?

I have several weird things going on with my phone and I need someone who knows about these types of things to contact me by email.

It's very rare to be hacked etc so I would suggest it's a rogue app @Spyware

Put the phone in safe mode which disables the downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones live which can help to determine if it's a rogue app. 

If it stops then come out of safe mode and start to delete your most recent apps one at a time. 

Delete any apps downloaded by apk files first if applicable. 

If you still feel your phone had been compromised then use a Samsung Service Centre. Noone is going to be able to determine the issue by email. It needs hands on.

It keeps disabeling my Android system web view. Yesterday it said underneath in parenthesis (disabled for whi*** S****) which is my name ...It runs super slow and theres been more than one occasion it just started click ik ng through things like my phone was remotely accessed.  And sometimes not only does my speaker soundblown but it will sound like I'm in a tunnel when I talk on it. My phone just feels heavy like it's taking everything it has to work and then suddenly itll stop and everything is running fine.

Btw I'm the user who asked about the spyware. I also found where it said my phone was Verizon? But my phone is with tmobile so idk why it would say that.

As @BandOfBrothers has advised, I'd also recommend putting your phone into Safe Mode to see if there is an app causing the issue you're having.
