@BeeGee123: Are you still able to receive calls, and send/receive text messages? When you're at home, do you still have signal in your Status Bar, or is it showing a white circle with a line through it? It could be possible that your house is in a network blind spot, which is why you're unable to make calls from that location, so you may wish to consider reaching out to your network for clarification surrounding this. If possible, try your SIM in another phone, as this will help to verify if the problem lies with your S9, or if it's a network/SIM issue.
To troubleshoot the issue, try heading to Settings > Advanced Features > Bixby Routines, to see if you have any routines set up that restrict your network usage whilst at home e.g. If > Place > Home > Then > Connections > Flight Mode.
