I am having the same problem others have posted about except the solutions posted aren't working for me.
When i open the phone app I am flooded with a reaccuring pop up about smart call failing. I've opened the app data and tried to clear the Cache, doesn't work. I've tried to do the same on the phone app, doesn't work and when I tried to find the smart call app in my settings to delete the whole thing it doesn't exist. Someone please help this is literally ruining my phone.
