Samsung s9 android Pie Update Problems

i've recently updated my S9 to android pie + one UI

 

1.when i swipe up (new navigation bar) to recent apps, in horizontal view it always...go in to recent apps tab view -> wait awhile then switch to vertical view..which is very delaying + slowing down the movement and annoying...like when im at a full view horizontal game and i decided to go to recent apps view i swipe up to recent apps, it goes from horizontal view to vertical view not instantly but delay and turn.

 

2. recent apps button after u swipe up or click, it always go to the recent apps view but in a second it will move to the last apps i used which i only wanted to see the recent apps not samsung helping me to 1.go recent apps 2.move to the last apps used (please note it does nt go into the apps just showing the last used apps view in recent apps tab view) 3.i need to swipe my screeen left to move back to the apps im using to close it..very annoying

 

3.the fingerprint reader reaction got slowed down, the whole ui got slowed down..

A claim for a new phone???  You mean it just won't work on yours any longer?  Yikes!  I just bought this one because I had to when I switched from Verizon to Xfinity.  I still have my Verizon 9s...do you suppose I could just go back to Verizon and not update my old phone???  hmmmm.

I did the update last Friday, still cant send/receive group or picture messages. I suppose some people may have different results. For mr it was either wait for android to fix the bug which might never happen or put in a claim for a new phone. Coat me $99 with the Assurant insurance. Trust me I was mad AF but had no other options

This update sucks. i was so hyped about that. and the deliver a piece of ***** update. I havr s9+ and my phone got a downgrad because of this update. its way slower than it was before

Update Pie S9+ with drain battery!!! whats wrong with samsung???

my S9+ everything was fast before UPDATE. now its just like HTC ... OMG.

also here, updated to pie and many bugs and slow down, very unhappy with my first samsung phone update, before the update everything worked better smoother and faster

I did the same update and was told the same thing.  Haven't been able to find any fixes after a weeks worth of searching.  I was hoping to find an answer here that wasn't file a claim and request a new phone.

So....I submitted a claim for a new phone. I received a brand new Samsung S9 and I still cannot send or receive multi messages. So its official...I'm switching to Apple first thing in the morning.

My S9plus havevtwo issues, 1. In standby mode ,I cant see alarm,but only hear, I have press power button to see alarm and then mute it.

2. Samsung built in weather can not location my location even if data and location is on.

I believe Samsung R&D team just sending updates without internal quality Quality check and removing bugs at customers time and cost.

I applied the pie update and my phone immediately started sending incoming calls directly to voicemail. No ring, nothing.

 

I had zedge installed on my last phone, an S4.

Apparently when I bought the S9+ zedge wasn't installed / transferred the new phone, and I never noticed because everything worked. 

As soon as I tried to use a zedge ringtone on the S9+ with the pie update  everything went to voicemail without passing go. 

I installed zedge and everything seems to be working.l now.

We'll see.......

Updated my Samsung Note 9 to pi software yesterday as of the following morning unable to send multimedia messages with SMS saying that it is unable to attach files maximum number of file attachments reached and I have not yet selected any files spoke to Samsung they remotely activated my device and went through it's thoroughly to be informed that the update has caused east and to wait for a bug fix and proceeded to download a third party app on Play Store so I could send messages
