S9+ call volume low

Hi suddenly my call volume is very low and can hardly hear the other person. Works fine on bluetooth.

I had the same problem. Read on here to clesn with tooth brush. A bit skeptical, but it absolutely worked!

I have just bought a Galaxy S9 refurbished Smartphone and for the 1str couple of days the volume was fine, I could hear everyone who spoke to me.

Then I purchased a cover for the mobile and also received a screensaver. When I placed the screensaver on the phone I found that it made the volume extremely low but when I removed it the sound was back to normal.

Either the screensaver I was given was faulty or too thick or the mobile is unlikely to work properly with one fitted.

The screens screensaver is either upside down or for a different phone. There should be cut out at the top so it doesn't cover the speaker

Mine has been like that for months and I was just about to bite the bullet and get a new phone (reluctantly as I love this phone), so I tried a toothbrush clean of the earpiece - can't believe the difference !!

Like new again - happy days...
