Reset app turning off

When I listen to a radio app LBC. 

After about 60 seconds it just stood. 

I reset phone in case it was a setting ,but it's not. 

Cleared cache , same. Why ?

Is the app's software fully up to date? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
