Opening mobile data on quick setting notifications panel

Does anyone know how to open mobile data with an icon on quick setting notifications panel on galaxy s9?

Hello,

 

I'm not sure I understand what you need, but:

 

1.Have you tried to open the notification panel, then select (hold) the mobile data icon(or another icon) for a few seconds? That should open the menu for that specific icon(function). OR

2. Just tap on Mobile data icon in notification panel, and that should enable/disable the function.

There is no mobile data icon on my phone. I tried to add it but it's not there either.
