Galaxy S9 SeriesThis fault occurred after the most recent update of my S9. When my phone disconnects from a WiFi network (whether manually or once out of range) my phone will display either a 4g or H+ but no data is sent or received and apps/browser will confirm the phone is offline. The only way I can get mobile data to work again is to either toggle it off and on or go into flight mode for a short time.
This happens on any WiFi network (home, work, public) and I have the auto WiFi switcher features tuned off. Has anyone else come across this issue? I reset my network settings but that hasn't helped. Would prefer not to have to factory reset to correct a fault which Samsung seem to have introduced themselves.
Thanks

Galaxy S9 Series
This could also be the fault of the SIM card.
Can you text this by inserting your SIM card in another phone as a process of elimination.
If the issue stops when you do this then a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store will be able to help you further with this situation by running a diagnostic on it.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Galaxy S9 SeriesWhat is going on Samsung?! I downloaded the latest software update a week ago and ever since my 4G data has been failing continually. Nothing works to resolve the issue. This is not a sim card or network issue either.

Galaxy S9 SeriesI spoke to Samsung support on the phone, they remote logged in, checked all my settings which seemed fine. They suggested a full system reset which I will try when i get the chance to backup.

Galaxy S9 SeriesThanks for the 3G toggle advice. Data is working perfectly on 3G. This problem seems to be 4G related.

Galaxy S9 SeriesWon't make a blind bit of difference I'm afraid. If you have the S9 Plus with single sim, turning off VoLTE calls will fix this issue until Samsung releases an update to solve this problem.

Galaxy S9 SeriesSame here . I updated last night and now I don't get mobile data.
What are we supposed to do? Samsung doesn't send updates very frequently .
