I have a 347mb video file in my gallery. I wanted to share it with my family. Used link sharing. IPhone users can successfully get the link and download and watch the video. Samsung s9 and s8 users can get the link but when they try to download, it starts but then fails with an error message saying that the file can't be downloaded more than 100 times.
Smaller photo files work with no problems.
