Galaxy S9 SeriesSo, I was able to get this to work.
Settings - Apps - Calendar
From there, I uninstalled updates to restore it to factory settings, removed all permissions, turned off notifications, and performed a force stop. I restarted the phone and opened the Samsung Calendar and it's completely blank. When I try to open it, it actually forces me to either update the settings or cancel out of it.
Hope that helps!

Galaxy S9 SeriesAsk Bixby to delete all your calendar events, if she just deletes the event today, ask her to delete all your events of the year or since 2001 or something
E.g *hold Bixby button* clear all my calendar events

Galaxy S9 SeriesGo to settings -> apps, then turn on 'show system apps' and search for 'calendar'. Here, click on 'calendar storage' -> storage -> clear data. Do the same with 'calendar'.
Done!
