How can i take a screenshot (YouTube thumbnail) of these sizes
The perfect YouTube thumbnail size is 1280 x 720

Have you thought of editing the picture you intend to use in something like Photoshop Express (free download from Play Store) It has a setting for Youtube Thumbnail.
