There are little grey squares popping up all over my screen on my galaxy s9 when i have my screen on and particulary when i am typing. I have tried a full factoey reset but they still appear. They come up on a screenshot also so it is not the screen.

It might be worth putting the phone in Safe Mode which disables the downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones Live just to see if it's a rogue app causing this.
If it continues in Safe Mode then a Samsung Service Centre will be able to help you further.
Finally brought it into a samsung centre and turns out the main chip board and another electrical part was faulty. They replaced both for nothing and had the phone back withing 5 hours. Everything seems to be working correctly now and the battery lasts twice as long than before it was fixed. Good result overall.
