Call recorder

I'm on a different thread with over 30K plus people using call recording apps (I use ACR Pro) and I can no longer hear the caller only my voice, inbound and outbound calls. 

I had the S8 plus which worked perfectly so what has Samsung done to permissions on the S9 plus which I'm now using, speaking with others it has also affected the S9.

It was very quick for Samsung customer service (UK) to put blame on the app developer but this isn't an issue with the app it's the phone.

Can someone from Samsung please tell me if this can be fixed or the S9 plus is useless to me and approximately 1.5 million other ACR users using Samsung's S9 devices.

For me the facility to record is paramount, it's not an issue with the latest version of Oreo as it works on other handsets.

Samsung what have you done ?

Sorry to hear that this is so much important for you. I have heard that you are able to record if you use your speakerphone if that doesn't bother you. Maybe give a try?

There are moderators on this forum. If Samsung really doesn't suppportr this forum then what's the sense in having it. I would think Samsung knows very well what is going on. Once again, money speaks, quit buying!

I use samsung A10,but this one don't have any auto call record optio, i try to use apps,but apps also doesn't working.so i to fix this proble. Thank u

Most third party call recorders worked fine before latest Samsung update for newer phones such as galaxy s10 s10+ note 10 note10+ a70 and so on. Those phones were fully working with call recorder from c mobile and call recorder from Appligato and many other third parties. After the latest update (January 2020) it stops recording. I became aware because unfortunately all my family uses those models and the ones that have not been updated still work fine. Same models.. just after update it stops recording.  They record a muted audio. That's the reason why we will have to move to another brand. Samsung has recently shown in their products a lack of respect to their customers

It will not work on Galaxy A20 either.   used it on my Galaxy S5 but I had to replace it since the GPS would no longer work due to changes in the GPS system.   Major bummer as it is an excellent program.

Hi guys for s 20 ultra this trick with thai sim card working to have implement call recorder but my Samsung members app is thailand and I don't have any chance to claim buds+ support told me reinstal app but I reinstal 10 times still the same thailand members app :face-with-tears-of-joy: but call recorder work perfectly hehe
