When I try to connect to a Bluetooth device it will not pick up the other device name properly and will not connect to other devices.
I also cannot send or receive picture text messages
Does anyone else have these issues or know how to resolve them.

Hi @Joanne4. What device are you using? Have you spoken to your network provider regarding picture messages?
