Aperture Blades wont close.

So I just got this new S9 from ebay well they said it was new and it looks new and unused. Problem is the blades won't stay closed when I switch to the 2.4. Its like they close then open in a blink what could be wrong this is a brand new phone and should I return it or what? I'm only hesitant to return it becuase this is my second s9 and I don't want to go through setting up again.

I'm not sure @Nedabiah but if all settings are looking OK and this isn't a typical operation of the phone then if this was my situation I'd return it ASAP.

Think I'll just do that and cast my luck for a proper S9 really liked this one.

Perhaps look at buying direct from Samsung.
