After the update of my S9 to Android 9.0 pie and One UI my statusbar doesn't show my cellular network and my mobile data (3G/4G) signalstrength anymore! So most of the time I have the feeling (and sometime need to check) if I'm still connected to data/cellular network. It only shows my wifi strength and battery, but no cellular/data network
How can I fix it? Or is it a common thing...?

Can you take a screenshot of your home screen @Amdw
I'm using Samsung One Ui on my Note 9 and this is my screenshots.
I never had my network name showing in my status bar and instead shows if I pulled down from the top of my phone which then shows the networks names at the bottom of the screen.
My status bar shows signal strength for both networks.
And shows my data speed which is currently 4G or 4G+
4G showing at the top along with signal bars.
Mobile Networks show at the bottom of my display on pulling down the Notifications shade.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Samsung S9...After I updated to PIE, I've lost the network name on the drop down...used to show what network I was connected to without tapping the wifi icon. Any fix for this?

I made a backup of my phone and did a factory reset. After the reset installed Pie again and now it shows everything it used to do. Lot of work but worked for me 😉

Yes, like I told above.
I made a backup of my phone and did a factory reset. After the reset installed Pie again and now it shows everything it used to do. Lot of work but still working fine.
