I have been trying register a new S9 via the mySamsung page. After I enter my login details it just goes to a white page, no text etc. I have tried two PCs and three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge), as well as the two browsers on the phone so it doesn't appear to be a problem with just one device. I've also tried creating another account but same result. Is there some other way I can register my phone? Thanks

I'm experiencing the same problem when I go to register my Samsung products. I hope this issue isn't still going on from October last year. I've tried 2 different browsers on my PC and also tried on my phone. It doesn't look good when a technology company can't get it's product registration portal to work.
Both https://www.samsung.com/uk/members/#/not-logged-in and https://my-samsung.com/ie/mysamsung/#/not-logged-in are working for me.
