Chat told me these loyalty codes (guessing the £150 ones) were internally calculated and given out to people meeting a "certain criteria" which they aren't privy to...
I've bought every Galaxy S Ultra since they began (20 to 25), own 2 Tab S7+, Tab S8 Ultra and Tab S11 Ultra, but I guess I didn't meet their criteria
It's just been one shambolic mess, but honestly a first for me not receiving the pre order voucher. Guess they're testing their limits of customer loyalty?
It's all a bunch of lies. 3 different agents told me 3 different criteria. Even proving that they didn't send any code regardless of £150 or £50. They just don't care.
