Just 'upgraded' to the S25 from S22, seems every year the displays are becoming more dull and less vibrant in colours (even with vivid settings maxed out).
Why are you copying iPhone in everything; UI, dull displays etc?
I'm sure even my S6 had a brighter display than this
Or is this the cost cutting measure mentioned by Samsung?
If you go into settings Display and then go into screen mode Select vivid and then go into advanced You can make it even more vivid with the slider
Looking at the iPhone 16 Pro Max I have in my hand. It looks quite vivid with its colours I prefer natural setting Vivid even to my old eyes is way too gordy and over saturated when I set the vivid to full Non of my old Samsung phone were that much
Must be staring at off angles or something because there's no way the S24 Ultra or S25 Ultra screens are "less Vivid" than prior Samsung phones. In fact if you watch any content that actually utilises the Full HDR capabilities of the newer phones, you'll notice that slightly better colour vibrancy.
Not really, actually use the phones for content with HDR and try tell me they're worse screens...
I own multiple Samsung devices of various generations (S8+, Note 10+ 5G, S21 Ultra, S25 Ultra), there is no way that any of the older phones match the level of the S25 Ultras colours, contrast and brightness with content.
