Hi everyone. Just got myself an S25 ultra. Very happy with it, but no matter what I do, I just can't get it to swipe to screen shot. Everything needed is turned on, screen sensitivity increased, I've tried a hundred times but it just won't palm swipe screen shot. Any suggestions.

Either nothing at all, or the screen swiped over to something like Samsung news or something else, it doesn't actually do a screen shot

For some reason I can't only get it to work going left to right swiping away rather than toward myself with the side of my hand
Bit weird but its works
Or just volume down button and power button at the same time

Works best left to right, just ensure it is a full swipe but some may find it more problematic. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-take-screenshots-with-a-palm-swipe-on-your-...

Alternatively can take screen shot via Quick Settings/Edge Panel or Voice Control https://www.samsung.com/my/support/mobile-devices/how-to-screenshot-with-my-samsung-galaxy-device/?s...

I always use the volume down and power button to take a screenshot, but I've just tried the palm swipe and it works fine, either left to right or right to left on my S25 Edge with November 2025 update.
