Suggestion: Lower db volume limit

Currently, the phone allows me to set a limit to 85db or higher. While this is a good step, I would very much like to see a lower minimum db limit. 

On iPhone, I could set this to below this, like 75db. 

Could this be implemented please?

Not ideal, but I suppose you could just use a custom equaliser profile and reduce all frequencies to lower the maximum volume. Although for some reason it doesn't allow reduction of the 63 and 125 hz settings.
