Hi Harry,
I'm having the same issue as well. As always customer support is useless and ask you to try different things.
I have already tried different browsers, different operating systems and even my new phone. Nothing works when you click on the submit button.
I'd suggest to try again later as I think that email was sent out in error. I am sure I saw that the emails would be sent out 14 days 'after' receiving your device!
