The actual global release of One Ui⁷ isn't officially confirmed as of yet afaik 

Hopefully once the actual shipment of the phone's start from the 1.2.25 ( UK 🇬🇧  ) we'll see the release soon'ish after when the Pre ordering stage closes.

I was planning to pre-order the the s25 ultra 16gb ram but that won't be available in the uk so I'll keep my S23 ultra 1tb

Only The Asian market getting the 16gb ram version for games and heavy applications as if the rest of the world don't game or use heavy applications on there phones too.

Tbh I'm glad the us and Europe markets aren't getting 16gb of ram, frankly I think its a good way to show the phones specs have hardly changed at all.
The 8 elite is faster than the gen3, but not revolutionary, same size battery, the camera is going from 12mp to 50mp, but apples proved mp are nothing, so again, pretty much no change.

At least they show the us and Europe markets nothings really changed.

Tbf my S21 Ultra has 16GB RAM and in terms of gaming, you can't find any single game that really shows the difference over the 12GB RAM phones. But yes, I do think Samsung should finally give back 16GB RAM to the flagships and not just in the tablets.
