I was loving my new phone until I was hacked and my email and password was changed. The person demanded money to give me back my Instagram account. I have tried everything to get help and have received no help.
This never happened on my Samsung z fold. Now I feel vulnerable and miss my old phone.

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

This is sad to hear. To be clear, never give them money. It's important to be vigilant, never share passwords, and always check for phishing scams. Sadly, it's hardly ever a case of being hacked, but more so a case of being tricked.

Sorry to hear this. You should consider enabling 2FA on all of your most important accounts. Even if a hacker knows your passwords, they won't be able to proceed without a code getting sent to your phone number. Also, do not click on unknown links via texts or email if it's phishing.
