Screen not going off

Am I the only one who experiences samsung screens not going off until after a restart.

I have done everything possible, this kicks off as soon as i recieve a group call on whatsapp sometimes in the morning, it starts with me not being sble to adjust the volume with the buttons and then the screen not turning off until after a restart. I don't have the strength or the mental capacity to take my phone for repairs because to start restoring my apps again mehhhn

Hi, have you tried booting your phone in safe mode and see if you still get the problem? If you don't get the problem in safe mode that would suggest if its an app issue and you could try clearing the caches and then uninstalling your most recently installed/upgraded apps one by one to find which one is causing the issue
