Well after pre reregisrering and receiving vouchers. I also recieved vouchers that most people would have had. I also had a voucher for 15% off for.my birthday. very nice. However the the birthday vouchers never worked even on its own. 15% is quite a good offer. 1½ hrs on live chat with a lovely agent last night details provided and nothing..Things shouldn't be this hard. We all.complaon about staff when things go wrong. But she was awesomely helpful but hamstrung by the system. Shout out to Kath lovely woman.

Glad to hear about a good customer service experience. All too often we only hear bad on this forum so it is good to hear ❤

On the voucher side I am unsure of the birthday voucher as I have never had one. However in experience many codes don't stack with one another. Also sometimes vouchers have a required use... perhaps there is some fine print that states 'not to be used for new release / preorders' or something along those lines.

Sorry you haven't been able to resolve yet. Hope you can either get this sorted, or find enough discounts with other codes and trade ins to make it a worthwhile upgrade for you.

Well, to be honest, it wasn't for the lack of trying on her part. If samsung has a reward system, she deserves to be on it . I don't think it will be resolved, to be honest. I've never been that lucky. They should be more clear about their vouchers.i know they have to make a profit, but they should be more open as to how much of a discount they'll allow. Still it is what it is 😊

The birthday vouchers don't work - at the bottom of mine it says it can't be used for phones released Dec 24 jan 25 and Feb 25

Doesn't matter now. I cancelled the phone. Does work you have to order via thst e mail. Well, that's what i ended up doing. Decided to stick with my S24, that's good enough, till they do a real upgrade.
