Ive purchased my s25 with samsung care +, however i did not received any welcome email. It also do not appear in my samsung members account. What should i do here?

My wife's S25 ultra says not covered but 60 days to purchase when I paid for 2 years cover ?

You will likely receive something very soon. Don't forget it is just today that phones were sent out, which is also a weekend.

If you really are concerned then contact Assurant from their website or contact number.

I also have the same added for my phone, but I am not concerned just yet... they will need a few days for processing of the insurance policy.

I've never used Samsung Care+ @Sophirca however this is from a Google Search. 

You can check if your Samsung phone is covered by Samsung Care+ in the Samsung Members app. You can also verify your coverage by: 
 
  • Checking your subscription number, device model, IMEI number, and serial number
  • Checking the start and end date of your subscription
  • Checking if you have a monthly reoccurring payment
To register for Samsung Care+ in the Samsung Members app, you can: 
 
  1. Open the Samsung Members app
  2. Scroll down to the Benefits section
  3. Tap View more
  4. Fill in your details, including the purchase date of your device
  5. Read and agree to the terms and conditions
  6. Tap Register Now
  7. View your confirmation screen

If you get stuck then give Samsung a Call.

Also in the same boat. Will wait a few days and see if anything comes through. Hope you're enjoying your S25 Ultra as much as I am 😊

Was about to ask this myself. Glad I'm not the only one.

My order is still showing as preparing despatch though, so maybe due to this.
