same issues, my s25 ultra will randomly black screen and wait for 0.5 seconds the screen turn on and locked, i need to use fingerprint to unlock again, it happen while playing game, scrolling ig fb randomly, it just very annoying. this issues happen after a software update at about the end of february and it still happen to me until now. like after 1 to 2 software update still not yet solve.

Same thing happening to me after the latest Android OS update. I'm using a S22 ultra... Seems to happen about 10 times everyday, sometimes only minutes apart... How to fix as it's super annoying? I really don't want to factory reset my phone either, cause I'd lose all my apps and setup.

Mine is definitely still doing it. I have found though when it starts to do it a to if I restart my phone it usually won't happen for a while. So if it is getting out of hand, that should at least make it manageable until Samsung can fix this

I've also got the same problem. Keeps going to my lock screen randomly when im using my phone, it's so annoying. SAMSUNG can you please fix this problem .. just get rid of the last few update so it's back to normal again. Thanks

I am also facing the issue since April and I have complaint about this issue to Samsung CEO, Consumer Forum and Samsung Support but they are so lethargic and replying like, its because your App usage and I have uninstalled but still occurring the same. I have no clue now, so gonna file a case against Samsung in Consumer Court. I have attached their response from Samsung Support and Varshini (varshini.r@partner.samsung.com)
