It's been a month since I got the S25 Ultra, and I haven't been able to figure out why my watch is not getting phone calls. It is connected via Bluetooth, and I also tried connecting the watch to Wi-Fi. In addition, I enabled "Show while using phone" in the Wearable app.
I receive all other notifications even when missed calls notifications, but I do not get the phone calls on my watch.
Is this a compatibility issue? Or should I just factory reset at this point?

It could be incompatibility issue indeed. I guess factory reset watch can't hurt
