I ordered my s25 ultra on 27 January and was told the earliest I could get it was 15 March. Due to personal circumstances I've arranged to get it delivered on 17 March.
However, a friend this week ordered the exact same phone on Tuesday and was able to get it delivered to his home on Friday (21 February) 😲

How is this possible? And is there anyway Samsung can get my outstanding order moved up the chain!

Quick question - did you both order from www.samsung.com

Possibly due to logistics regarding address if your friend has ordered the same colour and internal storage capacity @Marcusth 

We are customers here so do not obviously have access to Samsungs delivery systems.

OK so your device will have allocated stock and you've asked for 17th March so Samsung are honouring your request.

New stock continues to arrive so customers ordering may get offered a closer date.

If you want a quicker date, please contact Samsung Customer Services and see what they can do.

We do not know how units are allotted to orders I'm afraid.

Hi Marcusth,

I ordered my S25U 1TB Jetblack on 25th Jan.
I was told at ordering I'd have it 15th Feb.

On 14th Feb I had no DPD emails, the status hadn't moved past confirmed, etc so I asked customer services who told me stock was allocated and I'd get it as planned. That's all they had ... and I didn't believe them.
On 15th Feb I got an email advising that "due to unforeseen circumstances" it was delayed until 1st March. I wasn't surprised at all.
On 17th Feb I got a DPD email and Samsung email saying it's on its way. I was very surprised!
On 18th Feb I took delivery of phone and watch but promotional bud3's are still looking like 1st March.

I've posted this as it shows that customer services don't have all the information in front of them. They were wrong twice with my order.

I've no idea about your friend's phone. Both ordered from Samsung.com?
