S25 plus delivered, but order status still at on the way

Hi  

I received my S25 plus order yesterday via dpd at 11.30 am. Opened the box and decided I didn't like the phone .

I went onto live chat to raise a return, and was unable to do so; ,as order status has not updated to delivered ,it's still at on the way

Hoped it would update overnight but it hasn't. 

Anyone have any idea when it's ikely that Samsung update to delivered so I can raise a return and get it sent back to them.

Hi there,
I would wait until Monday as the weekend is still on and super busy with the pre-orders tonnes of orders are out or prepare dispatch. Tomorrow check again if changed to delivered and then try again the return option.

Samsungs systems will still be updating.

Keep refreshing the page snd you should see the status change eventually.

If you've opened the box, be mindful that Samsung may deduct up to 20% from your refund as per the T&Cs

Hi . Does even opening the box constitute a 20 percent deduction. I thought it was only if you installed software . Really should have learnt by now anything involving Samsung is hassle
