S25 Jittery/Jumpy Scrolling

Hi, I am writing this in a little bit of desperation for help. I got a new S25 in March and from the start the scrolling was all jittery and jumpy, very uncomfortable the eye. I followed all the suggested actions to correct it but no change. I then did a factory reset as suggested by Samsung online help but it didn't change anything either. I put some settings up higher than normal just to make the scrolling tolerable although still very poor. After visiting a Samsung store where they ran tests it was still doing it. They said they saw something unusual..some apps/processes running as duplicate in background and it might be throttling the apps running. Possibly a hardware issue. It mainly appears to be affecting apps. Most websites scroll fine. After speaking to my original phone shop they eventually gave me a new phone as they also believed it was hardware...but the new phone is doing exactly the same! I started afresh this time so nothing on this phone was transferred from previous phone, all I did was add Samsung and Google accounts. I run the device care and Bitdefender several times a day but no malware issues have ever come up. I have spoken to the technician again but they can't help and customer care say to get another phone from my phone shop, but I am worried it will just happen again and the phone shop are reluctant. I am just interested to see if anyone has encountered similar as this is driving me mad and I rarely use the apps on the phone anymore.

Almost all of them especially ones with pics etc like FB and whattsapp. it even affects this Members app. Basically any app that you have the ability to scroll down the page. The technician said it was like they were being 'throttled' but had no answer.

May be a silly question- settings- Battery - go to the Power saving section and make sure "limit cpu" usage isnt on/ power saving settings.

Just to check- did you use smart switch to move over apps?

Go to both google play store and samsung store and make sure everything is updated 1751226639663.jpg

Yes the 'limit cpu' is switched off. If I put power saving on it is really bad at scrolling.

The new phone is from scratch, I didn't carry anything over...only added my Google and Samsung accounts.

I want to use standard but have to use adaptive to make it usable. Unfortunately, if I use the recommended settings it is just too bad to use
