Palm swipe to capture

Hello there

I have S25 Ultra and I have a problem with the screenshot feature (palm swipe to capture) it's enabled but when I try to swipe it doesn't work

I watched videos how to swipe but it still not working

Anybody have the same problem?

Just tried it on my S25 Ultra ZerOX, and it takes some work. You need just the right amount of pressure on the screen with your palm and fingers. I prefer the old power button and volume down simultaneously approach myself.

Just tried it, worked as well as ever for me. However, I usually do it from the Edge bar! 🙂

I've noticed turning on touch sensitivity helps. Make sure its your entire side of your hand- and then swipe moderately slow about 2cm away from the right side of the screen all the way to the left
